Space Shark is a free game offered for fun, with no warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or that scores and unlocks will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from playing the game.

Fair play

• Don't cheat, use bots or scripts, tamper with requests, or otherwise submit scores you didn't earn by playing.
• Fabricated or manipulated leaderboard entries may be removed without notice.

Leaderboard conduct

Display names appear publicly. Names that are offensive, hateful, impersonate others, or include personal information (yours or anyone else's) may be removed or edited without notice.

Intellectual property

The game, its artwork, code, characters, and name belong to the developer. You're welcome to record, stream, screenshot, and share gameplay — in fact, please do. Just don't rehost or resell the game itself as your own.

Changes and availability

The game, its features (including the leaderboard and daily challenge), and these terms may change or be withdrawn at any time.
